«Russkie pirogi» on Vasilyevsky Island specializes in home-style Russian baked goods with delivery to homes and offices. The menu includes 30-gram buffet-style pirozhki with various fillings: lingonberry, blueberry, raspberry, lemon, cabbage, cottage cheese, cheese, meat, salmon, rice with egg, and green onion with egg. There are also larger, 80-gram pirozhki with apples and blueberries, peach puff pastries, poppy seed buns, and homemade cinnamon-sugar cookies sold by the half-kilo. Prices for buffet-style pirozhki start at 55 rubles, while the larger, by-weight pastries cost from 75 to 90 rubles apiece. Delivery is free for orders over 1,500 rubles, with terms depending on the city district. Regular customers receive discounts, and large orders must be placed at least a day in advance.
