Pita’s

«Pita's» on Gorokhovaya Street, 32 serves concept street food inspired by European street cuisine. It's located near the Sennaya Ploshchad, Spasskaya, and Sadovaya metro stations, with an average bill not exceeding 1000 ₽. The core of the menu is shawarma wrapped in a wheat tortilla with various fillings. The signature version combines fried marinated chicken with tomatoes, cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, a sour cream and basil sauce, and a pesto sauce with cashews, pine nuts, and Parmigiano Reggiano. There are also versions with lingonberry sauce and mint, a Hawaiian shawarma with pineapple and oregano, a mushroom version with champignons and gouda cheese, and one with smoked chicken breast, fried mushrooms, country-style potatoes, and hummus with tahini. There's also a separate shrimp tempura shawarma on the menu: Chinese cabbage, cucumber, tomato, Korean-style carrot, pineapple, grill sauce, and Thai sauce. Besides shawarma, «Pita's» serves bowls — for example, one with deep-fried falafel, pita, Korean-style carrot, hummus, coleslaw, pickled beets, muhammara, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and arugula, as well as a bowl with chicken marinated in khmeli-suneli spice blend. The menu also includes hummus, burritos, soups, appetizers, salads, desserts, and sauces. The restaurant offers delivery and takeout.
