«Pif-Paf» on the Griboedov Canal embankment is a place that combines several formats under one roof. Here you can have lunch, stop by for a cocktail, and get a haircut at the same time — the concept was created by a team of a stylist, a curator, a film distributor, and an entrepreneur. The menu features burgers with character: one with salmon on a bun blackened with cuttlefish ink, one with seaweed, and one with foie gras and figs. The bar serves classic cocktails and wine, as well as house-made infused spirits — cinnamon-honey, cranberry, sea buckthorn, horseradish vodka, and limoncello. Among the unusual offerings are shots, including one made with carrot-ginger juice. Part of the space is set aside for a barbershop with retro chairs and bright wallpaper: here they trim beards and mustaches, dye and cut hair, and do makeup. Recently, a pop-up coffee shop from the Coffee Owl roasters was added — espresso and alternative brewing methods are prepared with the same attention to detail as the other drinks. It's easy to get here — several metro stations are nearby: Nevsky Prospekt, Sennaya Ploshchad, Gostiny Dvor, Spasskaya, and Sadovaya. Average check: 1,000 to 3,000 rubles.
