OY! Bar & Oysters

«OY! Bar & Oysters» on Lomonosov Street was opened by Vladimir Nikolaev and Ivan Lyashchuk, the same people behind «Poltory komnaty», «Tsvetochki», Ultramen and «Takty». Here the team has focused for the first time on strong cocktails, and the star of the menu is the dry martini in six variations. These include the Dolphin, made with blueberry vodka and orange liqueur, and the Neat, made with gin and mezcal. For those who can't decide, there are mini versions of the cocktails, so you can try several and find your favorite. The bar also serves beer and sparkling wine, ranging from crémant to Sekt. The food at «OY! Bar & Oysters» is a small but well-thought-out menu: antipasti, pâtés, galantines. Oysters take center stage on the menu — they're kept in blue tanks right in the dining room. The selection includes French Fines de Claire, New Zealand Black Pearl, and Irish St. Patrick oysters. The bar is located in the Central District, within walking distance of the Nevsky Prospekt, Sennaya Ploshchad, Gostiny Dvor, Spasskaya, and Sadovaya metro stations.
