Obychnye lyudi

«Obychnye lyudi» has opened in the space of the «Tolyatti» bar near Chkalovskaya metro station, at 4 Rybatskaya Street. The project was conceived by Nikolai Gotko and Nikolai Yalansky — the people behind the Prosto Vino wine bar and the coffee shops Bolshe Coffee Roasters, «Kofe na kukhne» and «Bolshe kofe». The team from the «Byuro» burger joints took on bringing the idea to life. The space is honestly split into two parts — coffee and wine — and guests decide for themselves where to start and where to finish. The coffee line follows the principles of «Bolshe kofe»: careful work with the beans, quality without an inflated markup. The wine list was put together by enthusiast Anatoly Zhdanov — in the spirit of Prosto Vino, meaning simple and without snobbery. The list has sixteen items, poured through two enomatic machines — by the glass, with no obligation to buy a whole bottle. Alongside the drinks, they serve cheesecakes, sandwiches, apple pie and brownies. There are also tapas, cheeses and tacos — the food side works as a complement to the main focus, not as an afterthought.
