Oasis Gourmet

«Oasis Gourmet» is a country restaurant located in the premium cottage community «Repinskoe» in the Vyborg District, Leninskoye settlement. The project was opened by the ITALY company and combines an a la carte format with fast-casual service, while its authentic interior is complemented by a secluded location within the premium-class community. The cuisine here is European, Italian, and pan-Asian. Chef Timur Kiyasov prepares dishes of world cuisine in both classic and signature interpretations. The menu is updated regularly — for example, the team introduced a new selection of dishes for the summer season. The kitchen uses fresh, locally sourced farm products. The wine list and bar menu were put together by the restaurant's sommelier and bartenders, bringing in drinks from around the world. The signature cocktail list, created by head bartender Stanislav Sidorov, deserves particular attention. The average check at the restaurant is 3,000–6,000 rubles. The restaurant is open on weekdays from 12:00 to 22:00, on Fridays until 23:00, and on weekends from 10:30 to 23:00.
