About

Nothing Fancy

«Nothing Fancy» is a European café at 35a Bolshoy Prospekt, Petrogradskaya Side. The place is preparing to open, and its concept can already be shared. Behind the project is a well-known team: Steven Sharm, known for «Bolshoybar»; Henri Ber of «Georgiani»; and chef Roman Kiselev, who previously worked at «Goose Goose» and «0,75 Please» in Krasnoyarsk. This lineup sets the direction for the kitchen — light, fresh food focused on a balance of taste and health. The menu centers on bowls and breakfasts, forming the core of the food lineup. Rounding out the concept is a juice bar with freshly squeezed drinks. The average check will be 1,500–2,000 rubles, making it an affordable option for regular visits on Vasilyevsky Island.
