«MINERALS» opened on the ground floor of the Wavelberg House on Nevsky Prospekt, just steps from Admiralteyskaya metro station. The restaurant operates in the evening, with chef Maxim Sharshov leading the kitchen and building the menu as a journey through Russia's regions: local produce and authentic recipes come together in signature dishes with a European accent. Sommelier Anastasia Glazkova pairs wine with each dish, turning dinner into a considered gastronomic experience from start to finish. The average check is 3,600 rubles, in line with the restaurant's open kitchen and attention to presentation. The interior holds a special place in the project: the decor features precious and semi-precious stones from the Urals and Siberia — marble, quartzite, malachite, onyx, and charoite. The restaurant has two rooms with distinct characters: the more casual «Mineraly» (Minerals) room and the intimate evening «Charoit» (Charoite) room, which has an open kitchen and a 20-meter charoite counter around which the whole space is built.
