The concept is by Dima Küllenen, the same person behind the Ossu noodle bar and the «Sovremennik» bar. No fine dining, no fancy plating — just what moms and grandmothers used to make, only better, with infused vodkas served alongside. The average check at the bistro is 1,300 rubles.
