«List» operates at the Lessmore country spa complex in the village of Roshchino, on a street with the evocative name Skazochnaya (Fairytale Street). The cuisine here is European, Russian and signature, with an average check of 2,500 rubles. The restaurant occupies two floors and is built on a contrast of light and space. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a view of the forest, and the interior is complemented by large light fixtures, partly entwined with greenery. This design blurs the line between the dining room and the nature outside the window. The menu is divided into two thematic sections — "Forest" and "Sea." This division sets the logic for the whole menu and helps guests choose between forest and sea flavors without getting lost in the variety of dishes.
