Kira Restaurant

«Kira Restaurant» is a gastronomic project by Yan Gorlovsky and Andrey Musikhin, the creators of «Jerome». The restaurant is located on Kirochnaya Street, near the Chernyshevskaya and Ploshchad Alexandra Nevskogo metro stations. The 1,000-square-meter interior was designed by Ksenia Smirnova: wood, concrete, velvet sofas, and dim lighting. Sliding walls of solid wood allow the space to be arranged into two, three, or four rooms — the layout changes depending on the occasion. The kitchen is overseen by brand chef Pavel Tsiklinsky, who started as sous chef at «Jerome» under Antonio Freza and later took his place. The menu at «Kira» is built as a journey along the Mediterranean coast, with stops in Greece, Italy, Morocco, and Lebanon. The Italian direction is handled by Pasquale Palamaro, the Greek dishes were developed by Aggelos and Olga Bakopulos — a married couple of chefs from Mykonos, and the Eastern notes on the menu are the work of Moroccan chef Jawad Rahali. The wine list is put together by sommelier Ekaterina Yatsenko. The average check at the restaurant is 3,000–4,000 rubles. «Kira» goes beyond the format of a regular restaurant: it hosts wine dinners, guest chef appearances, tastings, master classes, and children's performances. In summer, the venue's activity moves to the terrace, where concerts and barbecue parties are held.
