«Infuse» is a secret cocktail bar in the Petrogradskaya area, hidden behind the walls of the Italian bistro «Tetto» at 84 Bolshoy Prospekt P.S. The only way in is with a password, which guests receive when booking a table. Inside, vinyl records and snacks create an intimate atmosphere, and the bartenders make cocktails from their own menu, divided into three sections. The experimental category brings together the team's boldest creations: a cocktail paying homage to aviation, based on a pink pepper infusion with elemi perfume, and a negroni with fermented pineapple and black lime. The retro section gathers hits from the bar's past menus — the Very Gimlet, the Sorrel Smash, and the Rubber Highball. For those who don't drink alcohol, there's a separate line: Americano coffee and an alcohol-free Fiero tonic. As a separate special, the bar released the «Disco Sparkling» line — a tribute to the music genre that changed the way people thought about dancing and parties. The «Infuse» team embodied the four main subgenres of disco in their cocktails, showing how varied this style can be. The place is located near Petrogradskaya metro station, with an average check of 1,000 to 3,000 rubles.
