Harvest

«Harvest» on Dobrolyubov Prospekt is a restaurant where the main character of the menu is neither meat nor fish, but vegetables. Chef Ivan Frolukhin builds the entire kitchen around the idea that root vegetables and seasonal produce deserve the same gastronomic attention as premium ingredients. The name itself translates as "harvest," and that's not just a nice word — broccoli pâté with pine nuts, cured beets with young cheese, and cabbage prepared through elaborate techniques and careful work with texture have become the signature dishes of the restaurant and of St. Petersburg as a whole. That said, the kitchen isn't limited to vegetables: the menu also includes local fish, fresh seafood, poultry, and meat dishes with a distinctive presentation. Breakfast deserves special mention — served daily from 9:00 to 13:00, it follows the same philosophy as the rest of the restaurant: seasonality, attention to ingredients, and a distinctive approach even to familiar morning dishes. Fresh pastries and unusual combinations draw guests not only on weekends. The restaurant is located in the Dobrolyubov Business Center, near Sportivnaya metro station. The average check is 3,000–6,000 rubles. In 2019, «Harvest» made it into the world's top 100 restaurants according to The World's 50 Best Restaurants, remaining the only St. Petersburg restaurant on the list.
