The bar's food centers on the "Low and Slow" cooking technique. A real Texas smoker is used for this: a grill-smoker in which meat is cooked at a low temperature, breaking down the collagen and producing a juicy, tender result. The menu includes brisket, pulled pork, burgers, as well as European and Asian dishes for variety. The drinks menu is just as carefully thought out as the food.
