Gollandskaya kukhnya

The «Gollandskaya kukhnya» restaurant is located in Kronstadt, at 1 Kommunisticheskaya Street, in a building with real history. In the late 18th century, a wooden kitchen for ship crews stood on Kotlin Island — cooking on board ships was forbidden due to fire risk. In the first quarter of the 19th century, wooden buildings were replaced with stone ones, and the Dutch kitchen building was the first to appear. It was divided into 8 sections with brick hearths, where English, Swedish, German, French, and Russian cooks each prepared food in their own way. The close proximity of cooks from different countries led to an exchange of recipes and the birth of a mixed cuisine — the restaurant took this idea as the basis for its menu. The cuisine here is European and mixed, with an average check of 2,000–3,000 ₽. The menu reflects a blend of flavors and traditions from different culinary schools, and the chefs work with fresh ingredients and authentic recipes. The interior features aristocratic simplicity, and good music plays in the dining room. The restaurant is open daily from 11:00 to 23:00, with the kitchen open until 22:00. Guests have access to the main menu, the Aquarium menu, the bar menu, and the cocktail menu.
