Gaby Bistro

«Gaby Bistro» is a bistro on the Karpovka River embankment, 31/1, currently preparing to open in St. Petersburg. It will combine signature and European cuisine, put together under the guidance of chef Mansur Valiev, who previously worked at «Atelier Tapas & Bar». The wine list for the venue is being compiled by Arsen Vartanov, known to guests from the «Na Vina!» project. The cocktail menu is handled by Nikolai Orekhov, whose experience is linked to the bars «Geografiya» and «Oktav». Such a team lineup speaks to a serious approach to the future menu and drinks: a chef with a background in a tapas bar, a sommelier with dedicated wine experience, and a bartender from well-known St. Petersburg venues. While the venue is still in the preparation stage before opening, it's already clear that the kitchen and bar here will be built around signature solutions and European traditions. The location on the Karpovka embankment adds Petersburg character to the project — an area with a view of the water, a format of an intimate bistro familiar to the city. The opening of «Gaby Bistro» is expected with a fully thought-out concept: from the chef's dishes to the wine and cocktail lists, put together by professionals with a name in the city's restaurant scene.
