Fort Maverick

«Fort Maverick» is located in St. Petersburg, near Chernyshevskaya metro station, in the «Paradnyy kvartal» residential complex on Paradnaya Street. The menu features European and Russian cuisine, with an average check of 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. The place focuses on ingredient quality and in-house production. Bread here is made from scratch through the full cycle: sourdough starters are maintained, brews are prepared, and long fermentation methods are followed. A particular point of pride is the bread line made with a 300-year-old sourdough starter from Italy. Only natural ingredients and real butter are used, with no mixes or semi-finished products. Many things are made in-house — from cheese to fresh berry jam and kombucha. Special attention is given to coffee: green beans are bought directly from farmers at their place of origin, then roasted according to in-house profiles developed to bring out the flavor of specialty-grade beans.
