Dequfo

«Dequfo» is located at 77 Tereza Ave., Building 1, near the Ozerki and Udelnaya metro stations. The place is small, with just 20 seats, though the kitchen takes up a considerable amount of space. The name stands for "delicious quality food," and this isn't just a slogan but the place's working principle. Chef Ilya Solomatin trained under Andrey Matyukha from Krasnodar, the creator of the "Ugli-Ugli" and "The Pech" projects, and has brought European cuisine with a signature approach to this residential district. The restaurant's main focus is on baked goods and breakfasts. Every morning they bake French baguettes, Borodinsky scalded rye bread, tartines, and soft wheat rolls, and the display case is filled with croissants, pastries, and desserts: there's lime with lemon and parsley, strawberries with cream, and an ice-cream-bar-style version of the "potato" cake with a caramel filling inside. For residents of the building where the restaurant is located, there are plans to launch a subscription for daily or weekly delivery of pastries with coffee. From 9 a.m., «Dequfo» serves full breakfasts: pancakes made from garden zucchini with smoked cheese mousse, croque monsieur with prosciutto cotto, and other dishes in a French spirit. From lunchtime, the main menu kicks in — food that looks simple at first glance but comes with unexpected details. The French duck pie is served here with mustard condensed milk, and the sea bass comes with a wild garlic sauce. The average check at the restaurant is between 1,000 and 3,000 rubles.
