The chef focuses on local and seasonal produce, and the menu always features fresh seafood — oysters, crab, octopus. The restaurant holds themed oyster days and offers a five-course tasting set. On weekdays, business lunches are served, and on weekends, a gastronomic brunch. There is a separate menu for young guests. «Cristal» is suitable for banquets and celebrations with a view of the Neva, as well as for events of any format.
