CHANG

«Chang» on Moskovsky Prospekt, 186 occupies two floors, and its name translates from Thai as "elephant." Chef Denis Prokhorov has built the menu at the intersection of three cuisines: Thai, Japanese, and Chinese. Guests are offered smoked eel salad, chicken samosa with yogurt chutney, and Peking duck — a classic prepared with attention to detail. For dessert, two kinds of mochi are served here: strawberry and vanilla, as well as mango and passion fruit — a combination that ends the meal on a sweet note. The bar program was developed by Kirill Pishenin, who created a signature cocktail menu for the restaurant. The average check at «Chang» stays within 1,500–2,000 ₽, and it's easy to get here from the "Elektrosila" and "Park Pobedy" metro stations.
