Chalet Taiga

«Chalet Taiga» in St. Petersburg at 50 2nd Nikitinskaya Street is open daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The restaurant is conceived as a gastronomic retreat where the aesthetics of an alpine chalet meet Slavic cuisine. The interior features solid wood, textured stone, and soft lighting, with an atmosphere built around the imagery of northern nature and the taiga character. The kitchen blends original recipes with Russian traditions and elements of European, pan-Asian, and Mediterranean cooking. The menu includes dumplings with wild northern reindeer, duck leg in a conifer glaze, borscht with braised cheeks, and campfire fish soup.
