Салату Цезарь не хватает правильного соуса и гренок. Тирамису - подача 5 - нежная паутинка шоколада вокруг и маленькие капельки клубничного соуса - просто и красиво, но вкус - не хочу ругать, но если бы в креме было чуть больше вкуса от маскапоне и меньше вкуса от сливок и немного алкогольной составляющей - например вина Марсала - это был бы образец вкуса, а пока твердые 4 балла.
