Baski i Monegaski

«Baski i Monegaski» is a European, French and signature-cuisine restaurant near Sportivnaya metro station, on Proviantskaya Street in St. Petersburg. The restaurant was opened by Leonid Notkin, co-founder of the restaurant «Shalyapin», with chef Vyacheslav Gnedovsky, who previously worked at Must, «Syrnik» and PoBo, in charge of the kitchen. The interior is assembled from pieces with history: vintage furniture brought from Europe, a long oak bench and designer lighting create a setting unlike a typical restaurant. The average check here is about 2600 ₽.
