Alkemista

«Alkemista» on Zhukovskogo Street is a distillery and cocktail bar from the Laboratorio Distilita team, known to Petersburgers from «Bertgold tsentr». Here they make their own distillates and build the bar menu around them, rather than simply mixing ready-made spirits. The bar's interior is done in a Bauhaus and mid-century modern aesthetic — clean lines and functional simplicity, with no excess decor. This setting sets the tone for the whole place: the rational approach to cocktail-making is reflected in the design of the space as well. The bar menu is divided into three chapters. The first features flagship cocktails carried over directly from «Laboratoriya». The second is devoted to experiments with unusual techniques and flavors. The food menu offers snacks that complement the cocktail program and suit an evening at the bar.
