Syrovarnya

«Syrovarnya» on Ordzhonikidze Street in Sochi is part of Arkady Novikov's restaurant project, known for its own cheese production. The menu features European and Italian dishes, and the cheese served is made right on the premises. The restaurant's space is large and divided into several zones by columns. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light, while wood and live plants in the decor set a Mediterranean tone for the interior. The average check at «Syrovarnya» is 1,600–2,000 ₽.
