Rustaveli

«Rustaveli» is a Georgian restaurant in the center of Sochi, on Parkovaya Street. The location was chosen deliberately: the place stands away from the city bustle, practically buried in greenery, and inside, guests are greeted by high ceilings and plenty of light and air. Here they serve exclusively Georgian cuisine, without mixing in other Caucasian traditions. The menu includes pkhali, kuchmachi, khachapuri, dolma, ojakhuri, shashlik, and chakhokhbili. The Adjarian khachapuri deserves special attention: the surprise lies in both its shape and its filling. Most of the ingredients are brought directly from Georgia — not only wine, but also flour and spices, for an authentic taste. For warm gatherings and unhurried feasts, the restaurant has a spacious terrace with a grill. The average check at «Rustaveli» is 1,700 rubles.
