REKKI

«REKKI» is a gastro-space in the very center of Krasnaya Polyana, in the village of Estosadok on Gornaya Karusel Street. The kitchen here is built on a mix of styles: signature dishes sit alongside Pan-Asian and Japanese influences, while European-style plating gives the restaurant a modern character. The place operates in the evening and at night — from 3:00 pm to 3:00 am, making it suitable both for an early dinner and for a late gastronomic evening with music and dancing. The bar plays a distinct role in the concept: classic and signature cocktails are made here, along with house-made infusions. The wine list is put together to pair with the menu's dishes, and aperitifs and spirits from around the world broaden the choice for guests who prefer an unhurried evening. The kitchen is overseen by chef Alexander Timchenko — a second-generation cook from Kursk and a graduate of KSTU (Kursk State Technical University). He worked his way up from an internship at the restaurant «Pyat zvyozd» (Pyat Zvyozd) to running the kitchens of well-known establishments in Krasnaya Polyana, which is reflected in his approach to menu-building — with attention to detail and balance of flavors. For guests with children, there is a separate children's menu, and a loyalty card is available for regular visitors. Tables can be booked in advance, which is convenient during the resort's high tourist season.
