Red fox

«Red Fox» is a fine dining restaurant in the heart of the mountains, on the «Lavanda» embankment in Rosa Khutor, Estosadok. It serves signature dishes that combine Russian and French cuisine with local seasonal produce from Krasnaya Polyana. The menu was created by chef Timofey Kuznetsov, and his recipes show a direct connection to the surrounding nature of the region. The restaurant is known well beyond Sochi: BBC and CNN documentary crews have filmed here. The restaurant also has a wine library with an extensive list. The average check is 2,700 ₽, and «Red Fox» welcomes guests daily from 12:00.
