Mamai-Calé

«Mamai-Calé» is located in Sochi, within the Sochi National Park, surrounded by forest, at Vinogradnaya 284/1. It's an entire leisure complex: a restaurant, a wine bar, open-air terraces and gazebos, a cinema bar and a freshwater pool. In the morning you can settle by the pool with a book in the shade of the trees, in the afternoon try oysters and sea urchins, and in the evening step out onto the terrace to listen to music over a glass of wine. The grounds host an open-air art exhibition with sculptures and paintings, and in the evenings an outdoor cinema opens, screening Woody Allen films and black-and-white classics under a blanket with mulled wine. The cuisine at «Mamai-Calé» combines European, Italian, Japanese and mixed traditions. The main idea is to bring out the natural flavor of dishes made according to family recipes, drawing on the classics of European and Central Asian cuisine. The menu is built on a combination of "forest" dishes, Caucasian specialties and delicacies made from local products, presented in the signature style of chef Andrey Koshkodan and concept chef Maxim Mikshis. The wine collection holds a special place: only proven wines from the best regions and wineries are kept on the shelves. Live music plays here every day: Alexey Sobol performs instrumental string music, Ilya Sobol hosts DJ sets, and on Friday and Saturday evenings the cover band Seven Band plays. The average check at the restaurant starts at 6,000 ₽.
