BAO

«BAO» welcomes guests on the seventh floor of the historic main building of Swissôtel Resort Sochi Kamelia, at 89 Kurortny Prospekt. From here you get a view of the evergreen park and the Black Sea, and the restaurant itself is the first and, so far, only project by the famous Ginza Project brand in Sochi. The cuisine brings together three directions at once: Chinese, Japanese, and Thai classics in a modern interpretation. The menu is overseen by brand chef Oleg Shin, who combines pan-Asian flavors with Italian notes. The menu features fresh seafood, signature Peking duck, and oshizushi, which in Sochi is made only here. Dinner is complemented by a well-thought-out wine list and signature cocktails.
