Achma

«Achma» is a family-run Caucasian restaurant in the center of Sochi, at 17 Parkovaya Street. The restaurant is named after a traditional Georgian dish — a layered pie with cheese made from thinly rolled dough, prepared according to an old recipe. The restaurant is run by Evelina Marusidze. The menu focuses on Caucasian and Georgian cuisine: khinkali, shashlik, ajapsandal, and achma itself hold a special place on it. The chefs work with fresh ingredients and carefully selected spices, following traditions passed down from generation to generation. The restaurant is suitable for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, as well as for meeting with friends and family celebrations. The average check is 1,500 ₽.
