Taverna La Torre

«Taverna La Torre» occupies a restored 1950s water tower on the 9th Prosek. The building itself sets the tone for the place: several floors instead of the usual single hall, with the unusual architecture and history of the site felt in the interior details. The ground floor has a wood-fired oven, a shop selling farm cheeses and cured meats, and a display case with signature desserts by pastry chef Dmitry Kulish. The second floor holds two dining rooms for guests. On the top level, there are plans to open an events space with a panoramic view of the surroundings. The tavern's signature dish is pizza from the wood-fired oven, with nine varieties on the menu, in 28 cm and 32 cm sizes. Besides pizza, the kitchen makes pasta, ravioli and risotto, and serves appetizers and soups. The average check at the restaurant is 1,350 rubles.
