«No Beer Cidrerie» opened in Samara's Old Town, on Ventseka Street, and became a real experiment for the city. The name sounds bold: in the beer capital, the place bets specifically on cider. And the bet pays off — the bar has gathered more than 40 kinds of bottled cider, from Spanish and French to the local «Politech», plus around ten draft varieties. The owner spent 15 years working at a major alcohol company, so there's no need to worry about the quality of the list — you can order blind and it's hard to go wrong. The food here is mixed and built around snacks — there are no hot dishes on the menu, but there are good pairings for cider. For example, dry Spanish cider goes well with eclairs filled with porcini mushroom mousse.
