The menu combines vegetarian and European dishes: breakfasts, cold appetizers, salads, beer snacks, soups, hot main courses, side dishes, sauces and desserts. Among the cold appetizers is "Vitello Tonnato" made from thin slices of medium-rare beef roast with a classic tuna sauce and capers, horse meat sausage, lightly salted salmon, boiled tongue with horseradish, pickled cucumbers, black olives and green olives.
