Guests are offered moose aspic, sockeye salmon rubanina, Siberian and Yakut pelmeni, and venison on a skewer. Special attention should be paid to posikunchiki — tiny pies filled with Altai lamb, onion, garlic, and herbs. They are served on a wooden board with spruce twigs, along with a sauce of sour cream and creamy horseradish, and can be washed down with "Taiga" tea. The average check at the restaurant is 3,000–6,000 rubles — a price that matches the unusualness and quality of the northern delicacies.
