Proviant, bistro-pekarnya

«Proviant» is a bistro-bakery at Prospekt Mira, 54 in Omsk, combining Eastern, European, and Russian cuisine. It bakes pies with a wide variety of fillings — meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, and cheese — in puff pastry, shortcrust, homestyle, Tatar, Ossetian, and "tsar's" styles. The menu also includes kurniks (chicken pies), kulebyakas, small pastries, and baked goods for every day of the week. Besides baked goods, «Proviant» prepares Eastern dishes, pizza, pancakes, and complete ready-made meals for those who don't want to spend time cooking. A separate line is the confectionery: custom cakes, cake slices, pastries, desserts, and tarts, suitable both for a festive table and a quick sweet snack. Orders can be delivered to your home from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM with a minimum order of 1000 rubles, or picked up in person at one of the stores, where the minimum order is reduced to 600 rubles. Regular customers can activate cards through the personal account on the website.
