Krep de kofe

«Krep de kofe» in Novosibirsk took over the space of a former sewing workshop in the Dom Byta building on Romanova Street, 29 — and turned the site's industrial history into its main feature. Hence the venue's slogan, "We sew crepes": one wall of the dining room is decorated with sewing machines from different eras, a table shaped like a thread spool greets guests at the entrance, and guests are seated in denim armchairs. The staff and bartenders' uniforms follow the same style, and the walls feature replicas of Banksy graffiti. The space is divided into two rooms. The larger one has three zones: tables, a bar counter, and sofas. The second has a more intimate setting with just two tables and sofas. The kitchen serves crepes and European dishes with unusual variations. Besides classic crepes, the menu includes quiches, smørrebrød crepes, crepe burgers, crepe bags, as well as rye and buckwheat galettes with salads. The coffee menu surprises with its combinations: a raf with Indian citrus and wild orchid, and a sunflower latte. There are also fresh juices, milkshakes, and teas, including a signature "Tom Yum" tea. The average check is 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. The venue can be reached from the metro stations Krasny Prospekt, Ploshchad Lenina, or Sibirskaya.
