Samuray

«Samuray» is located on the ground floor of the «Zarechnaya» hotel at 36 Lenina Prospekt. The chain's history began in 2010 as a roll delivery service, and in 2016 the first cafés with a European menu opened. Today, «Samuray» is a chain of 12 cafés, present in every district of Nizhny Novgorod, combining European and Japanese cuisine. The menu features more than 150 dishes. Guests order both sushi and rolls as well as European dishes — the format suits business lunches, dinners, and family celebrations. At the chain's own factory kitchen, 72 tons of salmon are cut every year for dishes that are then delivered to all the cafés across the city. The «Samuray» chain delivers more than 400,000 orders a year, covering the entire city, including outlying districts. The chain currently employs 600 staff. Table reservations at the café on Lenina Prospekt are temporarily unavailable — there is a live queue system in place here.
