Narsharab

«Narsharab» on Rozhdestvenskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod serves Baku cuisine — Azerbaijani and Caucasian. The restaurant is named after a pomegranate sauce whose recipe was kept in the family of the restaurant's founder, Sahib Safarov. His grandmother Maya was known for her narsharab throughout the village of Khaldan, and Sahib studied his family's culinary traditions from childhood and collected recipes, hoping to one day open a home-café for guests from all over the world.
