Mükka

«Mükka» occupies a mansion in the historic center of Nizhny Novgorod, near Gorkovskaya metro station, at Osharskaya, 36b. The venue was opened by the project «Eda i kultura», which also designed the layout of the building: the first floor holds the dining room, the second a bar with a veranda, and the third, in the attic, a lounge area with hookahs. This division into levels lets guests choose a format to match the mood — from a quick lunch to an evening unwinding with a view of the city. The kitchen at «Mükka» is led by chef Artem Mukhin, a participant in the international S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition. He built the menu at the intersection of Italian classics and original ideas. Pizza here is baked in a wood-fired oven with unusual toppings — morels, blue cheese, onion marmalade. The pasta is paired with shrimp or rabbit ragù, duck is served crispy with puffed rice granola, and salmon is baked in parchment. For dishes at «Mükka», Italian or French wine is recommended, and among non-alcoholic drinks it's worth trying the house lemonades — for example, with aloe and lemongrass. In season, they also make mulled wine and sea buckthorn sbiten. The average check at the venue is 3,000–6,000 ₽.
