«Zhirnova» is a craft bakery and delivery service on Kosmonavta Volkova Street, 10 in Moscow. Here they bake desserts and croissants for a family gastro project, whose pastries can be found on the menus of many Moscow coffee shops, cafés and restaurants — Zhirnova's products are delivered around the city and set on tables in a wide variety of venues. Besides delivery, the bakery has its own outlet — it is located inside the FlorHome flower shop on Parshina Street. The neighborhood turned out to be an unusual one: right next to bouquets and plants you can buy fresh pastries straight from production. Zhirnova's main highlight is its signature canelés. The bakery makes them in several varieties: classic and passion fruit.
