Zhi Est

«Zhi Est» is a restaurant of Dagestani cuisine in Moscow, near the Leninsky Prospekt and Ploshchad Gagarina metro stations, on Ordzhonikidze Street. It opened in 2009; its founder is Kamila Parkuyeva. From the start, the restaurant was conceived as a place preserving the authentic traditions of Dagestan and bringing the flavors of mountain cuisine to life. The restaurant's signature dishes are khinkal and chudu, made according to traditional recipes. The menu also includes breakfasts, salads and appetizers, soups, hot dishes, grilled meats, side dishes, and desserts. The kitchen combines original, European, and Caucasian culinary traditions, with an average check ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles.
