Yosera

«Yosera» is a coffee shop with a full-fledged kitchen on Volokolamskoye Highway. Here they prepare dishes of European and Asian cuisine, and also serve croissants baked in-house. The project is conceived as a chain where each location is dedicated to one of the four natural elements — the name «Yosera» itself comes from the Japanese word «yoso», meaning "element." The venue that opened on Volokolamskoye Highway became the first in this concept and is entirely dedicated to the energy of water. The theme is revealed through the interior: the dining room is decorated in blue tones, with graphic wave-shaped murals on the walls. Even the tableware and decorative elements are selected to support the water element as the space's overarching idea. The format of a coffee shop with a full-fledged kitchen allows you to drop in for a cup of coffee with a croissant, as well as for a more substantial lunch or dinner with dishes of European and Asian cuisine.
