Viva Roma

«Viva Roma» in Pushkino makes pizza the way they do in Italy — thin crust, baked in a real wood-fired oven brought over from Italy itself. Such an oven takes longer to heat up than an electric conveyor one, but the dough bakes evenly and gets that distinctive flavor with a light smoky note from the open flame. There are no semi-finished or frozen products here: the chefs make the dough, sauces, and fillings themselves, and ingredients are delivered daily, so every dish is made with fresh ingredients only. The menu includes classics like Margherita and Pepperoni pizza, as well as bolder options: the "Morskaya Zvezda" (Sea Star) pizza with an unusual presentation, or the Square Sicilian pizza. Besides pizza, «Viva Roma» serves pasta and risotto, meat and seafood dishes, burgers and steaks, rolls and pan-Asian dishes. There's a separate kids' menu, soups, salads, and appetizers, and for dessert — pastries from the DL bakery. For those in a hurry at lunchtime, a business lunch is available, and orders can be placed for delivery or drinks can be picked up to go.
