«Verd» on Malaya Pirogovskaya Street brings together a restaurant, a bar and a patisserie under one roof. The two-story interior was designed by the American studio Asthetique: a pastel-powdery palette, brass light fixtures and decor, gray walls with botanical patterns, live greenery, and mirrored surfaces that add a glossy sheen to the space. The kitchen at «Verd» is led by Vladimir Shchetinin from St. Petersburg, who previously worked at Mano Rota. The menu features European dishes with signature presentation: tuna with strawberries and ponzu sauce, beef tartare with eggplant rillette, lamb saddle with roasted carrots and smoked cheese mousse. A particular point of pride is the in-house patisserie, which makes a blueberry tartlet with namelaka cream, a classic "Bird's Milk" cake, and a "Whoopie Cookie" sponge sandwich. The wine list at «Verd» is impressive in scope, covering wines from both the Old and New World. The average check here is 1,750 rubles.
