It's a café-patisserie from a chain with several locations across Moscow and the region, where the cuisine combines European, American, Italian, and Japanese influences with signature dishes. The average check per person ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. The menu offers breakfasts for any occasion: porridges, pancakes, syrniki and casseroles, omelets, and eggs Benedict. Among the hot dishes, it's worth trying the pancakes with chicken and mushrooms in cream sauce or the sandwich with egg, bacon, cheese, and tomato on toasted bread. Appetizers include a salad with roasted beets and feta cheese in pesto sauce with pine nuts, as well as dishes based on recipes by Konstantin Ivlev: a quinoa salad with tiger prawns, a warm turkey salad with grilled vegetables, and borscht made with bull meat. For dessert, they serve chocolate syrniki made from homemade curd cheese with chocolate sauce. Regular guests can get a card offering a 10% discount on the entire menu — it can be arranged with the café's managers.
