«Vadvare» is located in the inner courtyard of the Sadovye Kvartaly residential complex on Yefremova Street, on level –3. It's easy to get to from Park Kultury or Frunzenskaya metro stations. The project was opened by the team behind The Stolen Artichoke, who also run the food operation at GES-2, and conceived it as a genuine culinary workshop, combining a restaurant and a bakery-patisserie under one roof. The cuisine here is Italian, and the format changes throughout the day. In the morning, guests are offered breakfasts with elaborate, thought-out presentation — not just plain fried eggs, but a real dish with character. In the evening, the format shifts: «Vadvare» hosts a Chef's Table — a special dinner with signature presentation and a high gastronomic level. The average check at the establishment ranges from 3000–6000 ₽, matching the format of a place focused on quality and presentation. Its location in the courtyard of a residential complex makes it intimate and somewhat hidden from outsiders, while being on an underground level adds to the special atmosphere of a culinary workshop.
