Usadba

«Usadba» is a restaurant-café in the village of Chasovnya, in the Lyubertsy district, twenty minutes from Tomilino. The kitchen combines three culinary traditions at once: European, Caucasian, and Russian, so the menu has room for soups, shashlik, and saj dishes alike. The menu itself is substantial: twenty cold appetizers, twenty salads, fourteen hot appetizers, a dozen soups, twenty-seven main courses, the same number of shashlik options and side dishes, and ten desserts. A separate bar operates with an extensive drinks list of ninety-six items, plus a wine list. The restaurant is suited for banquets and celebrations of any format — weddings are held here, and feasts are arranged according to guests' specific wishes, including custom-ordered dishes. Several rooms are available for seating guests: the main hall, a small banquet hall, a VIP room, private rooms, and a summer terrace for the warm season. «Usadba» has been in operation for twenty years and offers delivery for orders.
