Tsomi

«Tsomi» on Andropova Ave., 1 is a Georgian fast-casual spot located on the grounds of "Ostrov Mechty" (Dream Island). The name translates from Georgian as "dough," and the whole menu is built around dough: the restaurant has chosen four staple dishes of Georgian cuisine and focused on them. The menu is led by Adjarian boats — khachapuri made of thin, crispy dough with various fillings. You can go for the classic version or a boat with chicken stewed in cream sauce, while a spinach-and-cheese option suits those who prefer vegetables. Next come Tbilisi-style doughnuts filled with custard — classic, lemon, or chocolate. The khinkali section includes traditional ones with beef and pork, with cheese, with mushrooms, as well as a signature version with chakapuli: lamb stewed in white wine with tarragon and plums. The same fillings are also used for chebureki. The bar offers homemade lemonades, Georgian wines, and beer. Food can also be ordered for delivery.
