ToMi

«ToMi» is a negroni bar on Malaya Bronnaya from the Fitz Gastro Project restaurant group, the same team behind Fiorentini and Sean O'Neill. The name references Milano-Torino, the cocktail considered the predecessor of the negroni, so the bar's theme is already set by its sign. The menu features cocktails, Italian cuisine, pasta and appetizers. The interior was designed by S+S Studio: the space is done in Art Nouveau style — with smooth curved lines, rich decor and bright details. At the same time, the Italian spirit is felt not only in the dishes but also in the atmosphere of the room itself. «ToMi» will suit those who want to spend an evening over a glass of classic negroni or its variations, snack on Italian pasta, and take in the details of the interior, where every decor element works toward the overall Art Nouveau aesthetic.
